He previously served as CIO for local government and as Consulting VP for Gartner, Inc. Tom has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Management from Baldwin-Wallace College, Ohio.

Tom has over 24 years of experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater facility planning and design. Has served as a business development manager, project manager, planner, design engineer, and construction manager for a variety of water utility projects. He has a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering from University of Central Florida and Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering from University of Florida.
Amit Goel, CEA
Vice President - Research and Innovation
Amit has over 17 years of global leadership experience in research and development within the IT industry. His expertise includes intelligent systems, formal methods, enterprise architecture, Software as a Service (SaaS), and cloud computing. He has published research in conferences, journals and book chapters internationally. Amit is Certified Enterprise Architect from Carnegie Mellon University and holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science.
