I’m a technical bridge who translates raw data and customer feedback into a better product. By pairing Data Analytics with a high-touch customer service mindset, I identify exactly where users struggle and advocate for the fixes that matter most. I don’t just solve problems; I use evidence to ensure we’re building a product that is as intuitive as it is functional.

My superpowers are: 

I have a background in technology, including software implementation, the software development lifecycle, Active Directory, and database management. I’m always open to learning something new and using my skills to help solve real problems (I just want to be useful).

When I am not at work: 

I may be a quiet person, but I have a strong passion for traveling and exploring new cultures. Having lived in six different countries, each experience has shaped me and helped me grow. I am a soccer, Formula 1, and rugby fan, and listen to hard rock, metal, and blues.
