As Chief Engineer at EPIC Engineering and Consulting Group, Rick is known for driving large-scale capital improvement programs and advancing innovative, efficient utility solutions for public sector clients.
Rick brings deep expertise in program management, system planning, design, and construction, with a proven track record overseeing multi-million-dollar utility portfolios. During his tenure as Manager of Utilities Engineering for Orange County, Florida, he led a team of 60+ professionals and managed capital programs exceeding $100 million annually, supporting critical infrastructure that serves one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.
His experience spans advanced treatment technologies, utility system optimization, GIS integration, workflow modernization, and QA/QC program development. Rick has successfully delivered major projects including water and wastewater treatment facilities, reuse systems, biosolids management programs, and landfill and leachate treatment systems.
